Proper packaging ensures perfect fit and fast turnaround. Damaged or distorted models lead to remakes — saving you and your patient time and hassle.

How to Pack:

Disinfect all items, place in a zip-lock bag, and label with patient name.

Wrap each model individually in bubble wrap; secure with tape or a rubber band.

Add cushioning (foam, paper, or air pillows) inside the box to prevent shifting.

Place crowns, bridges, or shade tabs in a separate small container or labeled bag.

Include the Rx form + any photos in a separate plastic sleeve.

How to Ship:

Place all case folders in a sturdy box (combine multiple cases to save on shipping).

Seal the box with tape or rubber band.

Place the box(es) in a UPS package

Peel off the adhesive strip, seal the top, and attach the shipping label on the front.
